The Industrial Project Engineer will oversee the design and execution of industrial furnace projects, including new builds, refurbishments, and upgrades. This role necessitates effective communication with the combustion team, suppliers, and customers. The engineer will collaborate with various departments and vendors to ensure successful project completion while providing mechanical support during the construction phase. A combination of engineering knowledge, project management capabilities, and meticulous attention to detail is essential to guarantee that all projects adhere to quality benchmarks, schedules, and financial plans.

Key Responsibilities:

· Direct and manage furnace manufacturing initiatives, ensuring that all project milestones are achieved on schedule and within budget.

· Create comprehensive project plans that encompass scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management approaches.

· Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, including design, production, and quality control, to synchronize project objectives and deliverables.

Engineering Management:

· Supervise the design and engineering stages of high-temperature furnaces, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and industry regulations.

· Conduct feasibility assessments and performance analyses to confirm design viability and reliability under extreme conditions.

· Evaluate and authorize engineering drawings, specifications, and related documentation.

Client Engagement:

· Act as the main liaison for clients throughout the project lifecycle, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.

· Provide consistent updates on project status, including potential challenges and suggested solutions.

Quality Control:

· Ensure that all furnace components and systems comply with quality standards and regulatory guidelines.

· Implement and manage testing protocols to verify furnace performance and safety prior to delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Industrial Engineering.
  • Completion of OSHA 10 Hour Training is provided.
  • Possession of a valid US Driver's License.

  • Work conducted in an indoor, industrial setting.
