Key Responsibilities:

- Direct and manage furnace manufacturing initiatives, ensuring that all project milestones are achieved on schedule and within budget.

- Create comprehensive project plans that outline scope, timelines, resources, and risk management strategies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Engineering Oversight:

- Supervise the design and engineering stages of high-temperature furnaces, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and industry standards.

- Conduct feasibility assessments and performance evaluations to confirm design concepts and ensure reliability under high-temperature conditions.

- Review and validate engineering drawings, specifications, and related documentation.

Client Engagement:

- Act as the primary liaison for clients throughout the project lifecycle, promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns in a professional manner.

- Provide regular updates on project status, including potential challenges and suggested solutions.

Quality Assurance:

- Ensure that all furnace components and systems meet or exceed quality standards and regulatory requirements.

- Implement and manage testing protocols to validate furnace performance and safety prior to delivery.

- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and cost-saving measures during project execution.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Industrial Engineering.
  • OSHA 10 Hour Training - training provided.
  • Valid US Driver's License.
