Position Overview:
The Project Engineer (PEng) role is designed for recent graduates or those new to the field, providing exposure to various career trajectories within our organization. Over a period of 2-3 years, the PEng will engage in departmental rotations both in the office and on-site, gaining valuable insights into operations, safety, project controls, estimating, and business development.

This position allows the PEng to develop a comprehensive understanding of our processes and systems, helping to identify the most suitable career path based on individual skills and interests. Throughout the rotations, the PEng will report to various departmental and project leaders, fostering strong relationships with colleagues, clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders involved in our projects.
