Position Overview

We are in search of a seasoned Optical Systems Testing Lead to spearhead the creation of testing solutions for our state-of-the-art optical transceiver offerings. As an integral member of our organization, you will play a vital role in advancing our pioneering optical transceiver technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish, design, and execute testing protocols for fiberoptic transceivers
  • Formulate comprehensive test plans and schedules
  • Guarantee the traceability of testing outcomes to product specifications
  • Collaborate closely with design engineers on emerging technologies
  • Develop manufacturing test solutions for high-volume production
  • Contribute to strategies focused on design-for-test
  • Engage in design evaluations and risk assessments

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctorate in Electrical Engineering/Physics or a related field
  • Over 7 years of experience in testing optical transceivers
  • In-depth knowledge of optical communications systems
  • Familiarity with DVT requirements for optical transceivers
  • Proficient in Python for automation of testing processes
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation
  • Exceptional communication abilities
  • Knowledge of SQL and statistical analysis techniques
