Business Development Representative

At Onestream, we're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned appointment and revenue targets
- Prospect and build organic pipelines within designated targets
- Nurture relationships with targeted prospects via various communications channels
- Lead prospect follow-up, arrange calls/meetings with prospects, and manage multiple business development engagements
- Research prospects to identify targets for outbound activities
- Support local marketing events
- Participate in the strategic development of territory and accounts
Requirements:
- College diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a technology-related field or equivalent work experience
- One to three years of successful business experience
- Outgoing personality
- Sales experience helpful, but not necessary
- Financial or Accounting background helpful
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
