Business Development Representative

Document Crunch is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Business Development Team, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new opportunities across the Top 1000 construction contractors in the US.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a prospecting strategy to identify and engage with key decision-makers in the construction industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior executives to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for Document Crunch's solutions.
- Research and profile key accounts to support mid-funnel sales efforts.
- Handle outbound sales initiatives in a fast-paced environment, including phone calls, emails, and other messaging tools.
- Identify new contacts that fit into Document Crunch's ideal customer profile (ICP) persona via ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and SalesLoft.
- Proven track record of achieving results through outbound prospecting.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with prospects, build relationships, and articulate the value proposition of the company's solutions.
- Ability to work in a high-velocity, high-growth environment, highly competitive environment.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
- Tons of energy, passion, humor, and enthusiasm.
- 2+ years of outbound sales development experience, preferably in construction technology.
