Job Description

Bee Talent Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager II to join our team. As a Technical Program Manager II, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Global Content Operations team, ensuring that our content ecosystem runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Own the core operational practices, communication paths, and standards to be applied by the Global Content Operations team, fostering a unified approach that optimizes our global presence.
  • Knowledge Base and Ticketing Solutions: Take ownership of the GCO knowledge base and ticketing solutions, ensuring that content is up-to-date and tickets are tracked within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Project Planning and Management: Compose project plans, timelines, and clear milestones, setting rituals for project tracking and prioritization of workflows, tools, or processes that serve the business needs represented by our stakeholders and users.
  • Support and Collaboration: Supervise support of the global content platform, fostering a culture of collaboration and user-first thinking across our global footprint.
  • Process Implementation: Implement processes to ensure that the team, systems, and partners are consistently meeting their SLAs.
  • Technology Integration: Manage projects for the integration of new technologies, applications, and partner workflows into the platform, serving the objectives for the consistent improvement and enhancement of our offerings.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with infrastructure and technical teams, establishing a deep understanding of our standards and methods for technology deployment.
  • Documentation and Knowledge-Sharing: Set the standard for system documentation and knowledge-sharing.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience in fields relating to Media/Digital Asset Management, Cloud and On-Prem deployments.
  • Expertise in managing daily operations with vendors and support providers, negotiating and upholding SLAs towards the deployment of Media Asset Management workflows within on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.
  • Extensive experience with globally distributed technology stacks and teams, especially infrastructure, engineering, and development teams.
  • Effective interpersonal skills; good judgment and ability to interact with different levels of management and teams.
  • Ability to compose detailed technical documentation, user-guides, and UAT specs.
  • Self-driven; self-starter with a habit for taking initiative.
  • Strong knowledge of SOAP, REST, JMS, and PUB/SUB Pattern Solid knowledge of Java SE, Java EE, XML, XML Schema, XSD, XSLT/XPath, and JSON technologies.
  • Expert capability in Notion, AirTable, and Tableau.
  • Passionate about exploring innovative technologies and creative solutioning to implement cutting-edge processes, Esports, and, specifically, Riot Games products.
  • Fluent in written and verbal English, and fluency in at least another language would be a plus.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Prior experience performing integrations with and between M.A.M., D.A.M., CMS, and VCMS platforms.
  • Strong fluency with AWS solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize under time constraints and work successfully in a fast-paced environment.
  • Up to date with all current and forthcoming streaming media technologies, i.e. MPEG 4 AVC, HEVC, HLS, MPEG-DASH MPEG 2, UDP, RTMP, H.265.
  • Experience with the Iconik Media Management system.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex multi-team projects.
