Key Responsibilities- Project Leadership: Lead and manage complex projects in the manufacturing industry, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
- Project Planning: Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan, providing project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects, and foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving efficiency and effectiveness of processes.
- Risk Management: Perform risk management to minimize project risks and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Client Management: Deliver customer-facing presentations, effectively communicating project status and strategic recommendations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Program Management role within the Aerospace industry.
- Skills: Proven experience in project management and strategic planning, strong technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in antenna systems or wireless technologies, excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
