About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our team at SiriusXM Radio Inc. This individual will be responsible for leading technical project management teams in the development of mobile applications for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of engineering software processes, lifecycle methodology, configuration management, release management, and system verification and testing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Manage multiple technical projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Communication: Clearly communicate project progress and status to stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external partners.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of technical project managers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience managing technical project management teams in a client software organization.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of engineering software processes, lifecycle methodology, configuration management, release management, and system verification and testing.
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $111,000 to $135,000, depending on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role may be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives.
