We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our software development team, you will play a leadership role in shaping our future and delivering software and user experience improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with software leads, product managers, and engineering teams to define and launch innovative features
  • Establish milestones and lead engineering teams to identify, prioritize, and complete tasks
  • Own the successful delivery of large, impactful, and highly cross-functional program initiatives
  • Oversee and prioritize feature/system development work from concept to release
  • Develop detailed project plans and timelines, ensure technical teams are delivering to customer requirements, and drive leadership alignment and communication of progress across various teams
  • Ensure any bug fixes are tracked and incorporated into the overall timeline
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in program management
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
  • Experience in software development for large-scale or enterprise software solutions
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong prioritization skills when handling multiple tasks/projects
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and deliver solutions in a dynamic environment
