- Coordinate implementation or support initiatives.
- Keep abreast of MedInformatix products and support protocols.
- Gain knowledge about Healthcare Revenue Cycle and information pertinent to medical practices.
Qualifications:
To thrive in this position, candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience or 2 years of familiarity with MedInformatix Software. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, video conferencing tools, VPN connections, SQL, and Windows Server OS is crucial. Experience in IT troubleshooting is required, while knowledge of virtualization technologies, HTML, XML, and additional skills is beneficial.
Communication Skills:
Strong communication abilities are essential. The capacity to read, write, and understand instructions is vital. Patience and clarity in communication are critical when engaging with colleagues and clients.
Mathematical Skills:
Basic business mathematics skills are necessary.
Analytical Skills:
This position necessitates robust analytical and critical thinking abilities to address complex challenges.
Physical Requirements:
