We are seeking a Technical Program Manager who will play a crucial role in ensuring that our team remains focused on its objectives, maintaining strong alignment with stakeholders and vendor partners, and guaranteeing that the support ecosystem operates seamlessly. You will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, developing detailed project timelines, establishing clear milestones, and implementing tracking mechanisms to ensure we meet service level agreements (SLAs) while delivering outstanding services to stakeholders and users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the core operational practices, communication channels, and standards for the Global Content Operations team, promoting a cohesive approach that leverages our global reach.
  • Manage the GCO knowledge repository and ticketing systems; ensure that content is current and that tickets are monitored within SLAs.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones; establish regular rituals for project tracking and prioritization of workflows, tools, or processes that align with business needs.
  • Supervise the support of the global content platform, nurturing a collaborative culture and a user-centric mindset across our international presence.
  • Implement processes to guarantee that the team, systems, and partners consistently meet their SLAs.
  • Lead projects focused on integrating new technologies, applications, and partner workflows into the platform, aimed at continuous improvement and enhancement of our offerings.
  • Foster strong relationships with infrastructure and technical teams, gaining a deep understanding of industry standards and methods for technology deployment.
  • Establish the benchmark for system documentation and knowledge-sharing practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Technical Program Management within Media/Digital Asset Management, Cloud, and On-Premise deployments.
  • Proven expertise in managing daily operations with vendors and support providers, including negotiating and maintaining SLAs for Media Asset Management workflows across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments.
  • Extensive experience with globally distributed technology stacks and teams, particularly in infrastructure, engineering, and development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; sound judgment and the ability to engage with various levels of management and teams.
  • Ability to create detailed technical documentation, user guides, and user acceptance testing specifications.
  • Self-motivated; proactive with a tendency to take initiative.
  • In-depth knowledge of SOAP, REST, JMS, and PUB/SUB patterns, along with solid understanding of Java SE, Java EE, XML, XML Schema, XSD, XSLT/XPath, and JSON technologies.
  • Expertise in Notion, AirTable, and Tableau.
  • Enthusiastic about exploring innovative technologies and developing creative solutions to implement advanced processes, particularly in the context of Esports and Riot Games products.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, with proficiency in at least one additional language being advantageous.

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous experience with integrations involving M.A.M., D.A.M., CMS, and VCMS platforms.
  • Strong familiarity with AWS solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks under time constraints and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledgeable about current and emerging streaming media technologies, including MPEG 4 AVC, HEVC, HLS, MPEG-DASH, MPEG 2, UDP, RTMP, and H.265.
  • Experience with the Iconik Media Management system.
  • Proven track record of leading complex multi-team projects.
