Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to develop and implement channel/customer and category/brand strategies that leverage consumer, category, and shopper insights to drive growth in Revlon's Beauty, Personal Care, and Ecommerce sectors.

This role involves leading insight engagement between the Customer, the Sales team, and HQ resources to establish robust Joint Business Partnerships.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the strategic insight lead for assigned categories within Revlon's brand portfolio.
  • Utilize consumer, category, and shopper insights to craft compelling narratives that influence category and brand decisions.
  • Deliver exceptional analytics and actionable recommendations to enhance sales, market share, and profitability.
  • Collaborate with Customers and internal Insights teams to spearhead category advisor initiatives.
  • Enhance the integration of shopper insights across the organization.
  • Identify and present category growth opportunities to key Customers.
  • Analyze large data sets to interpret shopper behavior and category dynamics.
  • Provide recommendations on distribution, pricing, and promotional strategies to meet category and brand objectives.
  • Conduct competitive market analysis and present findings to the Sales Leadership team.
  • Monitor marketplace trends and develop strategic responses.
  • Evaluate business performance and recommend improvements based on ROI analysis.
  • Drive the achievement of key performance indicators, including POS Share, Net Sales, and EBITA targets.
  • Play a pivotal role in formulating the annual business plan based on comprehensive analytical reviews.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Leadership Team to establish annual growth targets.
  • Lead complex negotiations by leveraging insights to support Revlon's strategic position.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in Beauty Care, CPG, or Retail sectors.


Knowledge & Skills:
  • Strong analytical and storytelling capabilities.
  • Expertise in Syndicated Data (IRI, Nielsen) and associated analytical tools.
  • Experience with customer loyalty databases.

Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
