Premier Technical Support Engineer 2

We are the in-house product specialists at Datadog. The Technical Solutions team plays a crucial role in facilitating Datadog's global expansion by providing education to prospective clients and ensuring the satisfaction and success of our existing customers. Our team shares extensive technical and product knowledge with clients through various support channels, demonstrations, and presentations. You will be part of a team and organization that will challenge you while allowing you to see the impact of your contributions.

Responsibilities:

Interact with clients through multiple platforms (ticketing systems, live chat, and screen sharing) to diagnose and resolve technical support inquiries while educating them on the platform's features Replicate technical issues and explore Datadog's extensive integrations Achieve demo certification and conduct comprehensive product demonstrations for clients Engage in product discussions with internal teams based on client feedback Develop expertise in one or more areas of Datadog's product offerings Work from a Datadog office 3 - 5 days a week

Qualifications:

Proficient in using support tools such as Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, or similar applications Background in engineering with experience in technical troubleshooting and/or programming Self-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to learn continuously Strong analytical skills with a client-focused mindset Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Hands-on experience with programming and a fundamental understanding of Linux Availability to work a rotating schedule that includes weekends
