Premier Technical Support Engineer 2

We are the in-house product specialists at Datadog. The Technical Solutions team plays a crucial role in supporting Datadog's global expansion by educating prospective clients and ensuring the satisfaction and success of our current customers. Our team shares technical and product knowledge with clients through various support channels, demonstrations, and presentations. You will be part of a team and organization where you will face challenges, yet you will also see the impact of your contributions to Datadog.

Responsibilities:

Interact with clients through multiple platforms (ticketing systems, live chat, and screen-sharing tools) to diagnose and resolve technical support inquiries while educating them on the platform's features Replicate technical issues and explore Datadog's extensive integrations Obtain demo certification and conduct comprehensive product demonstrations for clients Engage in product discussions with internal teams based on insights gathered from client interactions Develop expertise in one or more areas of Datadog's product offerings Work from a Datadog office on a flexible schedule

Qualifications:

Proficient in using support tools such as Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms Background in technical troubleshooting and/or programming Self-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to learn continuously Strong analytical skills with a client-focused mindset Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Familiarity with programming and basic Linux knowledge Willingness to work a rotating schedule that includes weekends
