Role Overview

The Client Support Specialist plays a crucial role in assisting business owners and the office manager while engaging with clients to address inquiries, concerns, and requests regarding our services and products. This position requires excellent communication skills over the phone and proficiency in data entry to maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Office Manager with various tasks as needed.
  • Manage customer sales processes through phone and online platforms.
  • Interact directly with clients via phone or email to address inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Establish new customer accounts.
  • Forward unresolved issues to the Office Manager.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions.
  • Maintain and update customer databases.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Google Mail and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Typing skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with administrative processes.
  • Experience in phone sales is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation: $15-$17 per hour
