Job Overview

The Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in supporting the business owners and the office manager while interacting with clients to provide information regarding service inquiries, concerns, and requests related to our offerings. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills over the phone and demonstrate proficiency in data entry to maintain a loyal customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute tasks as directed by the Office Manager
  • Oversee and manage the customer sales process through phone and online channels
  • Engage directly with customers via telephone or email to address inquiries and resolve issues
  • Establish new customer accounts
  • Channel requests and unresolved matters to the Office Manager
  • Document customer interactions and transactions
  • Maintain accurate customer databases
Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Proficient computer skills, including Google Mail and MS Office suite (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Typing ability
  • Familiarity with administrative procedures
  • Experience in phone sales is preferred but not mandatory
