Position Overview:

Executive Alliance is looking for a dedicated, proactive, and knowledgeable individual to take on the role of Customer Account Representative. This position is essential for managing both commercial and military aerospace contracts, serving as a primary point of contact for our clients and embodying our commitment to fulfilling contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Systematically review, organize, and input all data from customer contracts into our database.
  • Facilitate customer demands and inquiries by coordinating with various internal departments to ensure all commitments are thoroughly assessed and addressed.
  • Analyze and comprehend contractual Terms & Conditions.
  • Evaluate costs and prepare pricing in accordance with company protocols.
  • Examine contractual documents to confirm compliance with company policies (SOPs).
  • Carry out additional job-related tasks as required or assigned.

Qualifications:

EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years in a relevant role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with various functional groups at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Word and Excel.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident.
