About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Account Manager to join our team at Arctic Wolf Co. As a Channel Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and promoting our position as a leader in Security Operations through the partner community within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish productive relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
  • Develop and implement plans for partner enablement and training in assigned territory.
  • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel to meet partner performance objectives and expectations.
  • Assume responsibility for accurate sales forecasting and meet sales quotas and revenue goals.
  • Lead joint partner planning processes to develop mutual performance objectives and critical milestones.
  • Manage channel conflict through excellent communication and adherence to Arctic Wolf's channel program guidelines.
  • Drive sales of new technology adoption in assigned territory.
  • Recruit new qualifying partners.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a Channel Development Manager role.
  • Proven record of success in channel sales and territory management in networking or security sectors.
  • Experience building business and marketing plans with partners.
  • Experience with the Distribution channel model.
  • Experience in sales forecasting, opportunity identification, and drive to close.
