Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5pm

Compensation: $40.43-$64.68

Overview:

The Senior HRIS Analyst will play a pivotal role in coordinating and integrating program-related activities through vendor-supported software solutions. This position involves assisting in the deployment of a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and providing support for daily departmental operations during the transition from the legacy system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members to fulfill departmental responsibilities and align with both short- and long-term goals.
  • Implement assigned projects by adhering to project plans and suggesting modifications as needed to address business and data collection requirements.
  • Assess, analyze, design, and maintain system configuration data, optimizing work processes and making necessary improvements to meet business and data needs.
  • Develop and deliver solutions for designated projects.
  • Work closely with vendors, departmental staff, and end users to investigate and resolve system or user-related issues.
  • Perform functional configuration tasks for modules and tables to accommodate requests for fixes, changes, and enhancements, including testing and troubleshooting.
  • Contribute to the design and rollout of new modules and system enhancements.
  • Analyze systems and provide recommendations for process flow and data management.
  • Assist in creating test plans, user documentation, and training materials.
  • Conduct thorough data validation, system testing, and auditing.
  • Evaluate program logic changes from vendors and assess impacts on project technical infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with business departments to understand their requirements, offering options and methods to achieve desired outcomes, and provide advanced technical support for staff utilizing the system.
  • Complete additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.

  • Utilize computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and job-specific applications to produce correspondence, charts, and spreadsheets relevant to the role.
  • Possess the ability to read information from various sources and communicate clearly.
  • Demonstrate manual dexterity for typing, writing, and other physical tasks as required.
  • Handle lifting and moving objects weighing between 10 to 25 pounds.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, human resources, or a related field is required, along with five (5) years of HRIS technical application support experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of system support experience is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in troubleshooting computer hardware and software is necessary.
  • Experience with third-party vendor solution configuration is required.
  • Preferred: 5 years of experience in human resources within health services.
  • Familiarity with system interfaces, data mapping, and knowledge of DayForce and ADP Workforce Now is preferred.
  • Implementation experience is also preferred.
