Job Overview

Analytica is in search of a remote Project Manager to oversee a significant initiative for a federal client. The successful candidate will engage directly with clients in both consulting and delivery roles, implementing agile methodologies and practices for application design and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage regularly with clients at various organizational levels—project managers, stakeholders, end-users, data owners, analysts, IT teams, management, and executives—to ensure the successful delivery of technology projects.
  • Provide consulting support to delivery and engineering teams on business analysis, technology strategies, solutions, project management processes, and client engagement to facilitate successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to educate on Agile principles, best practices, and tools, enhancing workflows and ensuring successful product deliverables. This includes offering hands-on support to senior leaders, Scrum team members, and external stakeholders.
  • Partner with the Product Management team to create release plans and ensure that product backlogs are well-maintained, prioritized, and transparent to all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience leading complex projects and programs for software applications.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams in a collaborative work environment.
  • Expertise in full lifecycle agile program management.
  • Experience in client and contractor interactions to formulate project requirements.
  • CSM, SAFe, and/or PMP certification is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience working within the Agile framework and facilitating all Agile Scrum ceremonies, including designing EPIC/User stories, sprint backlog grooming, daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain an MBI Public Trust Clearance (Active MBI Clearance is preferred).
