Position Overview:

This role is ideal for Marketing, Project, & Operations Coordinators and Project Managers who are passionate about ensuring teams remain organized and focused. Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary coordinator and point of contact for multiple projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment and clarity.
  • Manage project tracking tools such as Asana, Monday, ClickUp, or Trello.
  • Assist designers and developers in prioritizing tasks and gathering necessary feedback.
  • Support the research, scoping, and documentation of project requirements.
  • Optimize workflows to eliminate manual processes.
  • Engage in weekly planning meetings and daily check-ins.
  • Coordinate, facilitate, and document discussions during project planning sessions.
  • Organize essential project documentation and files for easy access and searchability using platforms like Google Docs or MS Teams.
  • Track and report on project progress weekly.
  • Identify bottlenecks and propose more organized and efficient processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or management within marketing, creative, technical, or operational roles.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Proficient in collaborating with remote teams from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Monday, Asana, Trello, etc.
