Position Summary
We are in search of a proficient Marketing Operations Specialist to become a part of our innovative Revenue Operations team. Reporting directly to the Revenue Operations Manager and collaborating closely with our Chief Marketing Officer, the ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of marketing automation, CRM platforms, and data analytics, particularly with Salesforce and Pardot. This position will be essential in refining our marketing workflows, boosting lead generation initiatives, and facilitating data-informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Automation Oversight
- Oversee and enhance the Salesforce/Pardot marketing automation system to implement email marketing initiatives, nurturing campaigns, and lead scoring frameworks.
- Administer, maintain, and optimize various marketing software tools and their integrations with Salesforce to ensure effective and ongoing campaign execution.
- Design and execute lead nurturing strategies to assist prospects throughout the sales journey.
CRM Coordination
- Guarantee smooth integration between Salesforce and Pardot, ensuring data accuracy and synchronization.
- Work alongside the sales team to synchronize marketing and sales workflows, improving lead transfer and tracking.
Campaign Management
- Partner with the Content / Web & Digital Marketing team to ensure campaigns are effectively captured, monitored, executed, and evaluated.
- Track and assess campaign performance, delivering actionable insights to enhance return on investment.
Data Oversight and Evaluation
- Maintain precise and current records in Salesforce and Pardot, including lead and contact details, campaign tracking, and reporting.
- Examine marketing data to evaluate effectiveness and pinpoint areas for improvement.
Reporting and Insights
- Produce regular reports on marketing performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
- Offer data-driven suggestions to refine marketing strategies and meet business goals.
Process Enhancement
- Identify and implement process enhancements to boost marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in marketing automation and CRM management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, ideally within a SaaS context.
- Expertise in Salesforce and Pardot, with a solid grasp of marketing automation and CRM best practices.
- Familiarity with additional marketing technology tools (e.g., HubSpot, ZoomInfo, G2, Bombora, Qualified, Zapier).
- Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to juggle multiple projects concurrently.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data precision and process enhancement.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for customizing emails and landing pages.
- Understanding of Google Analytics and other web analytics platforms.
