Position Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Marketing Coordinator to join our vibrant Corporate Marketing and Communications team. The Marketing Coordinator will oversee resources, external partnerships, timelines, and more to ensure that deadlines, quality standards, and budgetary goals are achieved while maintaining effective communication within the team and across the marketing division. This position is ideal for individuals eager to embark on a marketing career and enhance their professional skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and uphold efficient processes to enhance adaptability and productivity within the Corporate Marketing and Communications department.
- Oversee timelines, resources, and systems for marketing initiatives, ensuring that deadlines are met and objectives are fulfilled.
- Identify and clarify specific deliverables required for various projects or initiatives.
- Track daily tasks to ensure progress towards established milestones and deliverables, while adhering to budget, schedule, and scope.
- Create and implement project communication plans as necessary and establish effective information-sharing procedures.
- Collaborate across departments to coordinate activities, troubleshoot issues, and ensure project requirements are met.
- Maintain the departmental budget tracker, facilitate the processing of Statements of Work (SOWs), and ensure compliance with all legal and procurement protocols.
- Assist in crafting internal and external communications using tools such as PowerPoint.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in project management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Experience in a collaborative environment that promotes teamwork.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and MS Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
This role may involve additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
