The Regional Vice President is accountable for ensuring that City Managers, Area Managers, and Regional Directors of Operations within designated territories fulfill contractual obligations. This pivotal role emphasizes service excellence, enhancing financial outcomes, effective cost management, talent development, revenue oversight, claims and safety protocols, and maintaining the operational integrity of all accounts.

This leadership position focuses on mentoring management teams, preserving the competitive edge of Parking Management Services, and expanding market presence. Key responsibilities include driving revenue growth, optimizing payroll, managing claims, ensuring client and employee satisfaction, overseeing operational efficiency, generating leads, acquiring new business, nurturing client relationships, and refining financial reporting.

The role is centered around executing the 4P's (People, Product, Partner, Profit) and implementing the 3V's (hospitality, commercial, and technology).

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management:
  • Oversee and lead all locations and staff within the assigned region.
  • Collaborate with operations management to establish performance metrics and drive EBITDA growth.
Business Growth:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and profitability.
  • Leverage existing marketing resources to attract new business through various sales methodologies.
  • Consistently generate new business opportunities and drive them through strategic relationships and sales initiatives.
Partnership and Market Expansion:
  • Foster and strengthen partnerships within the territory.
  • Promote new business opportunities, including valet parking, self-parking, and other service verticals.
Client and Employee Engagement:
  • Design and execute programs aimed at improving guest and employee satisfaction and retention.
Financial Oversight:
  • Manage operational budgets and closely monitor labor and non-labor expenses.
  • Analyze and maintain financial reports, including revenue assessments, budgets, and profit-and-loss statements.
Human Resources Collaboration:
  • Work with HR to recruit, interview, and onboard senior management within the region.
Collaboration and Execution:
  • Partner with HR and Executive Leadership to create programs aligned with business objectives.
  • Support the implementation of company-wide initiatives and processes.
Travel Requirements:
  • Availability to travel to all assigned accounts in the region on a rotating basis.
  • Travel may be required up to 50% of the time.
