Zone General Manager, Imaging Sales, Central Zone

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive business growth and customer satisfaction as our Zone General Manager, Imaging Sales, Central Zone. This executive leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in formulating business strategy and leading cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a business strategy to drive market share and profitability in the Central Zone.
- Lead a team of Regional Vice Presidents, Account Executives, and Service Sales Executives to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Collaborate with business lines and regional functions to achieve strategic goals and drive business growth.
- Foster a high-performance culture by developing and coaching direct reports and the zone team.
- Executive-level experience in formulating business strategy and leading cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record in leadership, targeting, and closing strategic accounts.
- Deep understanding of industry macro trends and comprehensive knowledge of the market and customer landscape.
- Expertise in Siemens Healthineers Imaging, Advanced Therapies, Ultrasound, and Services offerings.
- Strong intra-organizational collaboration skills with exceptional influence and negotiation capabilities at senior levels.
- Visionary Leadership: Ability to inspire and align teams around a shared vision.
- Strategic Thinking: Capacity to think strategically and anticipate market shifts.
