Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide service and maintenance for imaging equipment in the designated service area.
  • Engage directly with customers, ensuring high-quality service and support.
  • Primarily focus on the MI Modality, with opportunities for cross-training in other areas.
  • Adapt to various shifts and on-call requirements as necessary.
  • Report directly to the Customer Success Manager.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in servicing medical imaging equipment with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with MI Modality and other medical imaging technologies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficient in using service tools and electronic equipment.
  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency in MS Windows and Microsoft Office 365.

Qualifications:

  • Technical degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong background in electronics and field service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Willingness to travel and participate in on-call rotations.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Physical capability to perform job-related tasks, including lifting and climbing.
