Position Overview: As a Customer Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in servicing imaging equipment within the designated area. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing maintenance and support for imaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Engaging directly with clients, representing Siemens and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Initially focusing on the MI Modality, with opportunities for cross-training in additional modalities.
  • Being adaptable to various shifts and on-call requirements as needed.
  • Reporting directly to the Customer Success Manager.

Ideal Candidate Profile: You may be a suitable candidate if you possess:

  • Experience in servicing and maintaining medical imaging equipment with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of MI Modality and related technologies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in electronics and familiarity with service tools and testing equipment.
  • Competence in using PC applications, including MS Windows and Microsoft Office 365.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Technical Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Solid background in electronics and computer skills.
  • 3-5 years of relevant field service experience.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel and participate in an on-call rotation.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
