Position Overview: As a Customer Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in servicing imaging equipment within the designated area. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing maintenance and support for imaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
- Engaging directly with clients, representing Siemens and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Initially focusing on the MI Modality, with opportunities for cross-training in additional modalities.
- Being adaptable to various shifts and on-call requirements as needed.
- Reporting directly to the Customer Success Manager.
Ideal Candidate Profile: You may be a suitable candidate if you possess:
- Experience in servicing and maintaining medical imaging equipment with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of MI Modality and related technologies.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency in electronics and familiarity with service tools and testing equipment.
- Competence in using PC applications, including MS Windows and Microsoft Office 365.
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Technical Degree or equivalent experience.
- Solid background in electronics and computer skills.
- 3-5 years of relevant field service experience.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel and participate in an on-call rotation.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
