Position Overview: The Project Specialist will oversee and implement logistics and transportation initiatives for clients of Addison Group. This role involves collaboration with both internal teams and external partners to ensure that project objectives, timelines, and budgets are achieved while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Assess and mitigate project risks and challenges.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Report on project status and progress to internal teams and external partners.
  • Conduct evaluations and reviews post-project.
  • Build and sustain relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Collaborate with various departments to guarantee project success.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or logistics.
  • Experience in a logistics and transportation setting is preferred.

  • Strong project management capabilities with a focus on planning, execution, and assessment.

  • Proficient analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Language Proficiency:
  • Fluent in English (both oral and written).
Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana).
