Location: Onsite

The Project Specialist will oversee and implement logistics and transportation initiatives for clients. This role requires collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure that project objectives, timelines, and budgets are achieved while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Assess and mitigate project risks and challenges
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards
  • Provide updates on project status to stakeholders
  • Conduct evaluations and reviews after project completion
  • Foster relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for enhancement
  • Collaborate with various departments to drive project success
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or logistics
  • Previous experience in a logistics and transportation setting is preferred

Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is advantageous
  • Experience with international logistics projects is a plus
  • Background in process improvement initiatives is beneficial
Language Proficiency
  • Fluent in English (both oral and written)
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana)
