Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and organize executives' calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel logistics.
- Respond to and redirect phone inquiries, emails, and other forms of communication.
- Draft and refine documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Maintain and organize office documentation, records, and supplies efficiently.
- Assist with special initiatives, including research and data management.
- Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and inviting atmosphere.
- Coordinate office activities and processes to ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Manage basic financial tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
- Support human resources functions, including onboarding new staff and maintaining employee records.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar capacity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with care.
- Attention to detail and effective problem-solving capabilities.
- Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
