Job Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Receptionist and Administrative Coordinator to provide essential support within our organization. The successful candidate will manage various administrative functions, engage with clients, and facilitate the seamless operation of our office environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and organize executives' calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel logistics.
  • Respond to and redirect phone inquiries, emails, and other forms of communication.
  • Draft and refine documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Maintain and organize office documentation, records, and supplies efficiently.
  • Assist with special initiatives, including research and data management.
  • Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and inviting atmosphere.
  • Coordinate office activities and processes to ensure compliance with organizational policies.
  • Manage basic financial tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Support human resources functions, including onboarding new staff and maintaining employee records.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar capacity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with care.
  • Attention to detail and effective problem-solving capabilities.
  • Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
