Administrative Coordinator

At the University of New Mexico Foundation, we are seeking a highly organized and skilled professional to support our Human Resources and Legal teams as an Administrative Coordinator. This role involves managing calendars, coordinating HR communications, organizing employee and committee meetings, overseeing the Wellness Program, helping to manage facilities, greeting guests, answering the main phone line, and running occasional errands. About the Role
This Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources and Legal teams, including managing calendars, coordinating HR communications, and organizing employee and committee meetings. The successful candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, be able to work with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community, and have proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and coordinate HR communications
- Organize employee and committee meetings
- Oversee the Wellness Program
- Help manage facilities

Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Preferred Qualifications
Two years of related administrative experience, human resources experience, and/or a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
