Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Park Lawn Memorial Group, LLC. As the primary administrative role in our individual business locations, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and accounting-related tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our business and exceed the expectations of our client families and their guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and colleagues
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases
  • Process and reconcile financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
  • Prepare and distribute reports, correspondence, and other documents
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as needed
Requirements
