We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Joni and Friends. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Area Ministry team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide general administrative support to the Area Ministry team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including registration, name tags, and participant materials.
- Manage and maintain accurate data in Salesforce, Certify, Mineral Tree, and Sage Intacct.
- Prepare and submit reports, including monthly expense reports and accounts payable requests.
- Coordinate with volunteers to assist with administrative tasks and ensure accurate volunteer contact information in Salesforce.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge in Salesforce, Certify, Mineral Tree, and Sage Intacct.
- Bachelor's degree or related experience required.
- Strong organization and time management skills, including rigorous attention to detail.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar database software required.
- Valid driver's license and ability to lift 10-20 pounds.
- Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
$21.00-$23.00 per hour, 20 hours per week.
