Job Description

At Wellness and Equity Alliance LLC, we are seeking a highly organized and dedicated Program Coordinator to support the Addiction Treatment Program (ATP) team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in complex administrative and program coordination and be comfortable working in a correctional facility. Prior healthcare experience is preferred, and bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications to manage administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and document creation.
  • Manage electronic communication to coordinate meetings, track deadlines, and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Review and analyze work processes and implement improvements where necessary.
  • Collect, compile, and format data for reports, graphs, and other informational documents.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries related to intake, discharge, or program specifics.
  • Take detailed meeting notes and distribute them in a timely manner.
  • Organize and coordinate virtual meetings using platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Ensure confidentiality of all program-related information and maintain professional boundaries at all times.
  • Support the coordination of staff meetings, special events, and program-specific initiatives.
  • Collaborate with WEA leadership and clinicians to collect and analyze data for monthly reports.

Requirements:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of relevant administrative experience or coursework with references.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, using tact and diplomacy.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are preferred but not required.
