About the Role:

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for creating long-term, trusting relationships with our customers in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a portfolio of assigned customers and develop new business from existing clients (upselling)
  • Actively seek new sales opportunities and expand our presence in the healthcare industry
  • Utilize account management software (CRM) to manage customer relationships and track sales performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional customer service and support

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of sales/management experience in building maintenance, facility management, or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience as an Account Manager, Business to Business Sales, Account Representative, or other customer service route-based positions preferred
  • Prior focus in the healthcare industry preferred
  • Valid driver's license, access to reliable transportation, and a clean driving record
