At SiteOne Landscape Supply, we're on a mission to revolutionize the landscape industry. As our Branch Manager, you'll play a key role in driving our success.


The Branch Manager is responsible for building a high-performing team and developing a knowledge base that drives excellence in all aspects of branch operations, including inventory management, team development, customer value, and financial performance. This role works closely with area leadership to meet or exceed revenue, customer satisfaction, and associate succession planning goals.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead a team and recruit top talent to identify individual strengths and weaknesses of branch associates. Provide coaching and mentorship to achieve high performance and facilitate long-term career development at SiteOne.
  • Train and educate all branch associates on customer value best practices and foster a culture where every team member is committed to customer success.
  • Create a safe working environment by emphasizing safety daily through leadership by example. Promote a strong safety culture through workplace organization, training, and policy execution.
  • Thoroughly understand and interpret company operating and financial data to quickly identify business trends and determine root causes.
  • Set effective goals and monitor key performance metrics to assess daily, weekly, and monthly progress and track improvement initiatives. Implement area strategy and develop a complementary branch strategy to achieve excellent performance, growth, and customer value.
  • Use performance metrics to track progress and continuously adjust strategies to achieve area goals in light of changing market conditions.
  • Partner with leadership and Field Support to understand the impact of emerging technologies and ways of working on business performance, and actively support and lead their implementation.

What We're Looking For:



  • 4-7 years of managerial experience, including leadership, issue management, motivation, and team building.
  • Understanding of sales and operations planning processes, demand forecasting, and integration of demand plans and supply plans.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working, and encourage others to do the same.
  • Working knowledge of business accounting and P&L statements.
  • Knowledge of market preferences, competition, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Higher education degree preferred.
  • High School or equivalent required.
