Senior Technical Program Manager for Engineering Compliance

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Program Manager to spearhead our engineering compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation of thorough compliance frameworks in partnership with legal, security, and engineering teams.
  • Identify and address potential regulatory challenges proactively.
  • Integrate compliance requirements early in the product development lifecycle, collaborating closely with product and engineering leadership.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and processes that support ongoing compliance efforts.
  • Adapt strategies based on current industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in leading Technical Programs, Tech Audits, or Compliance initiatives.
  • Expertise in privacy, security, finance, or AI regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOX).
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Experience in the software industry, particularly with large-scale software and cloud-native infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to successfully complete complex projects.
  • Experience in developing and implementing processes and best practices across an organization.
  • Familiarity with the product development process and lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of SQL and experience using project management tools like Jira.

Additional Qualifications:

  • A Master's or advanced technical degree.
  • Professional certifications such as CISA, CIA, or CISSP.
