Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our Washington Lending and Insurance department in Seattle, Chehalis, or Burlington, Washington. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, profitable, and constructive credit and related services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market and sell products, including loans and financially related services, to customers and prospective customers.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct thorough credit analysis, evaluating customers' management practices and expected repayment.
  • Make quality credit decisions, ensuring customer service, a high-quality loan portfolio, and loan administration.
  • Monitor loan performance, proactively servicing and managing assigned accounts to maximize return and provide efficient customer service.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of agricultural lending and credit analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems.
Compensation

The base salary range for this position is:

  • Level I: $72,000 - $109,000; bonus at target is 12% of salary.
  • Level II: $79,000 - $137,000; bonus at target is 15% of salary.
  • Level III: $98,000 - $155,000; bonus at target is 20% of salary.

The position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule and one-time home office stipend after initial training period.
