Client Relationship Manager

Banner Bank is seeking a skilled Client Relationship Consultant to provide exceptional client service and engage in sales and service activities at branch locations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional client service and support to clients at branch locations
- Engage in sales and service activities to meet client needs and achieve business objectives
- Analyze client financial data to identify opportunities for growth and provide recommendations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term loyalty and growth
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives and provide seamless client service
- 1+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry
- NMLS registration or ability to obtain required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze financial data and make recommendations
- Passion for providing exceptional client service
- Complete a simple application and answer a few questions
- Take a quick assessment to help us understand your work style
