Job Title: Senior Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Relationship Manager to join our Global Commercial Banking team in Seattle. As a key member of our For Profit Healthcare Group, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and financial solutions to complex clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage an extensive portfolio of For Profit Healthcare clients and prospects with annual revenues of $50 million to $2 billion.
  • Acquire, deepen, and maintain profitable client relationships through sales, prospecting, and enhancing existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with domestic and international teammates throughout the bank, including Investment Banking, Foreign Exchange, and Wealth Management.
  • Facilitate client relationships with Product Specialists in Credit, Treasury Management, and Merchant Services to design and deliver financial solutions to clients and prospects.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in Commercial Lending or Investment Banking.
  • Proven track record of prospecting new business, enhancing existing relationships, and closing profitable transactions.
  • Strong corporate finance, capital markets, and accounting acumen.
  • Financial modeling experience and completion of a formal credit training is required.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Existing knowledge of the market.
  • Active member/participation in local community organizations.
  • Highly desirable to have active networking contacts and Centers of Influence established in market.
