Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Liquidity Relationship Manager to join our team at BMO. This role will be responsible for facilitating growth initiatives for the Bank through significant business development and excellent management of key client relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business by contacting prospects and clients, and by cross-selling Bank products and services.
  • Participate and provide leadership in Bank and community activities to increase Bank's brand visibility and to enhance new business opportunities.
  • Apply deep expertise in bank products, processes and systems and effectively trouble shoot to ensure a high-quality client experience.
  • Effectively collaborate and partner with the team and other units/areas within the bank.
  • Advise clients on methods to effectively and efficiently manage their liquidity inclusive of cash management/deposits solutions and internal referrals with other areas of the bank.
  • Develop and manage Commercial banking relationships.
  • Develop plans for new business production, to include focused calling and pipeline management activities.
  • Act as the prime subject matter expert for internal/external stakeholders.
  • Provide oversight, monitoring, and reporting specific to assigned business group for regulatory remediation.
