Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Relationship Manager to join our team at LotusFlare, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing client relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and engagement sponsors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including tenders and account expansion.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions and meet client needs.
  • Provide administrative support to the delivery team as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, meetings, and agreements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Project Management, Management Consulting, Sales, Business Development, or similar roles.
  • 3+ years of experience working in the enterprise software or telecommunications industry.
  • Prior experience in the telecoms vertical will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling client information and documentation.
