Regional Sales Activation Leader – Eastern Region

The Vita Coco Company, a prominent player in the functional beverage sector, is seeking a Field Sales Activation Manager to enhance its brand presence in key nontraditional markets along the Eastern Seaboard of the United States.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for expanding brand reach through effective relationship building, strategic leadership, and brand advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster relationships with key accounts, community stakeholders, and consumers
  • Establish local connections with food service establishments
  • Identify and cultivate partnerships with distributors
  • Oversee activation budgets and financial resources
  • Build and maintain robust partner collaborations

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-4+ years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Wholesale and/or Food Service sectors
  • A collaborative team player with a dynamic and enthusiastic approach
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Possession of a personal vehicle and willingness to travel
