The Revenue Team plays a crucial role in our organization, focusing on driving growth and revenue by engaging with customers and prospects, understanding their requirements, and presenting tailored solutions.

In this role, you will oversee the Market Development team in your designated region while managing your own portfolio of clients. It is essential that you reside within the region you are responsible for.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Development:
    • Approximately two-thirds of your time will be dedicated to nurturing the growth and success of your team members, guiding them towards revenue-generating actions.
    • Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings to monitor performance, set priorities, address challenges, and coach your team towards continuous improvement.
    • Facilitate monthly development sessions to enhance personal and professional skills.
    • Collaborate closely with the Chief Supply Chain Officer to serve as a mentor to your team, strategizing and tracking progress towards both immediate and long-term performance goals.
  • Sales and Market Management:
    • Devote approximately one-third of your time to achieving your own sales targets, acquiring new accounts, and expanding market share.
    • Work in partnership with Operations and Customer Support to enhance shared responsibilities and improve customer experiences.
    • Collaborate with colleagues on the Revenue team to ensure alignment towards common revenue growth objectives.
    • Engage cross-functionally and take on additional responsibilities as necessary to enhance the overall effectiveness of the Revenue team.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of management experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead by example.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels.

Compensation for this position ranges from $115,000 to $135,000.
