Your Role: As a pivotal figure in our dynamic organization, you will guide teams to enhance revenue growth while ensuring exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include developing team members for future advancement, collaborating with partners to implement company strategies, refining processes, and driving profitability. You will stay informed about regional trends and financial metrics to provide strategic insights to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee comprehensive store and regional profit and loss performance.
  • Surpass sales objectives by focusing on key performance indicators, fostering passionate and high-achieving teams, and inspiring success.
  • Evaluate performance metrics and devise improvement strategies, while gathering and sharing market intelligence to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure adherence to CB2's sales and customer service standards through regular store evaluations and effective management of remote teams.
  • Lead the development and execution of training initiatives aimed at optimizing sales, enhancing customer service, and maximizing operational efficiency.
  • Create succession plans by mentoring Store Managers and mid-level management for future leadership roles.
  • Promote a culture of accountability and high employee engagement while nurturing the CB2 brand ethos.
  • Act as a proactive change agent by identifying opportunities for improvement and crafting solutions tailored to each store's unique challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to assess store and regional performance indicators and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Proven capability to build effective relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Strong team-building skills with a focus on achieving goals.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Preferred Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years in a multi-unit retail management role is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of prior experience as a Retail Store Manager with a track record of strong performance.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Willingness to travel frequently as required.

Compensation: The starting rate is competitive and will be adjusted in accordance with applicable laws. Additional compensation may include bonuses and incentives based on performance.
