Role ResponsibilitiesAs a key member of the Revenue Team, you will report directly to the Chief Supply Chain Officer and be responsible for overseeing the Market Development team in your designated area while managing your own client portfolio.
This position requires residency within the region you oversee.
Key Contributions:- Leadership and Team Development:
- Devote approximately two-thirds of your time to nurturing the growth and success of your team members, guiding them towards revenue-generating actions.
- Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings to monitor performance, set priorities, resolve issues, and coach your team for ongoing success.
- Facilitate monthly development sessions focused on personal and professional growth.
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Supply Chain Officer to provide comprehensive coaching and strategize on both immediate and long-term performance goals, including quota achievement and career progression.
- Sales and Market Management:
- Allocate about one-third of your time to achieving your own sales targets, focusing on acquiring new accounts and expanding market share.
- Work in partnership with Operations and Customer Support to enhance collaborative workflows and improve the overall customer experience.
- Engage with peers across the Revenue team to ensure alignment towards common revenue growth objectives.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to enhance the overall effectiveness of the Revenue team, which may include marketing, training, and enablement tasks.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within a related sector.
- 1-2 years of management experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead by example.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to identifying trends and insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across various organizational levels.
Compensation for this position ranges from $115,000 to $135,000.
