Human Resources Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Operations Coordinator to join our team at Apex Systems. As an HR Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Onboarding and Employee Experience: Streamline the onboarding process by ensuring effective day 1 logistics and resource access for new employees.
- Inventory Management: Ensure accurate and timely delivery of printed items for the office.
- Workspace Management: Optimize workspace allocations using OfficeSpace software to maximize efficiency.
- Employee Records and Support: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, and provide support for workspace and contract workforce logistics.
- Problem-Solving and Communication: Proactively address employee questions and concerns, and provide excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or 1+ years of experience in HR roles.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, and attention to detail.
