Human Resources Coordinator

Overview:
We are a prominent global management consulting firm in search of a Human Resources Coordinator to enhance our expanding workforce. We provide a vibrant and fulfilling work atmosphere that encourages professional growth and development.
The Human Resources Coordinator will oversee a comprehensive range of services related to the daily functions of our clients concerning HR and benefits management.
This position operates in a hybrid model, requiring in-office attendance two days a week.
Main Responsibilities:
- Benefits Management
- Maintain and update databases, ensuring accurate records of client employees
- Oversee personnel files, ensuring all information is complete and up-to-date
- Facilitate background and reference checks for prospective candidates as requested by clients
- HR Management
- Provide human resources support tailored to the specific needs of our clients
- Compile and prepare census data
- Act as a liaison for client employees regarding their HR inquiries
Required Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree
· 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or HR capacity, ideally within a client-focused environment
· Strong client-facing skills and a customer service mindset
· High level of accuracy and attention to detail
· Excellent multitasking abilities and organizational skills
