GE Vernova is dedicated to leading the charge in sustainable energy solutions. We are seeking aspiring Human Resources professionals eager to enhance their careers through hands-on experience. The GEV Human Resources Internship Program is tailored for early-career individuals with relevant experience, aiming to cultivate leadership skills and professional growth in the HR field. As an HR Intern, you will connect with a global network of HR experts committed to innovation and making a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in collaborative projects alongside skilled colleagues and inspiring leaders, many of whom started as interns themselves.
  • Your internship, typically lasting 10-12 weeks, will focus on specific HR functions, including but not limited to HR generalist tasks, employee relations, organizational staffing, learning and development, compensation and benefits, or people operations.
  • Contribute to shaping the future of the HR organization while benefiting from a world-class community and extensive development opportunities.
  • Our interns serve as a primary talent pipeline for our Human Resources Leadership Program.
Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in human resources or related fields (e.g., industrial relations, organizational psychology, business, finance, or law).
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.

  • Enrolled in a Master's program focusing on HR disciplines.
  • Expected graduation in December 2025 or May 2026.
Additional Requirements:
  • Geographic mobility is required.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
